集権化
複数の通信プロトコルのレイヤー(物理層 etc)を“整地”するためのもの。国家、州（県）市やそのアクショレバー(法律、規範、市場、テクノロジー)に権利を委任する。-> 委任集約化する。
だから blockchain のレイヤー（取引や会計層）で分散的なプロトコルによるインフラ整備が行われても、その上のレイヤーで集権化が行われないという保証はない。
民主化(democratization)の過程で行われる集約化。
IP は分散だけど、プラットフォームが与えられると集約化する。
だから、プラットフォームが存在する所には分散的なシステムがある。特にインターネット(internet protocol)だし、そのアプリケーションを駆動させるためのノード(VM, マシン)
git 開発した linus だって、分散ヴァージョン管理システムなのに(benelovent な) dictation してる。
これは、各パブリックチェーンが帝国的だからでは？

For example, knowing that an individual frequently visits Movie Theaters, Exhibits, Coffee Shops or certain types of Restaurants (e.g., Tapas, Dim Sum, Ramen) can tell us more about whether an individual is a place explorer (high σp) than knowing the income level of the individual (see Fig. 4c), despite that the time spent on those categories is insignificant (only 1.2% of time is spent on Coffee Shops, and 0.3% in Theaters) and that those visits do not affect directly the individual’s experienced income segregation.

Forbes identified 30 digital wallets that appear to be connected to Helium employees, their friends and family and early investors. This group of wallets mined 3.5 million HNT — almost half of all Helium tokens mined within the first three months of the network’s launch in August 2019, according to a Forbes analysis that was confirmed by blockchain forensics firm Certik. Within six months, more than a quarter of all HNT had been mined by insiders — valued at roughly $250 million when the price of Helium peaked last year. Even after the crypto price crashed, the tokens are still worth $21 million today.
